One of the most common problems with beginning an exercise program is doing too much too soon. This is very hard to avoid because a new exerciser is unaware they are doing too much until the next day, when they are experiencing severe soreness. This workshop will teach you about the science of gradual start up, and how to ease into fitness so it can become part of your lifestyle and you can then enjoy all the benefits that fitness has to offer.
