Looking for more meaning and balance in your life? Struggle with stress from work, illness, anxiety, depression or chronic pain? Join us to explore mindfulness practices and how they can help. Experience the benefits of meditating in a group along with dialogue, questions and answers. First time and long time meditators welcome! Please bring a yoga mat - the class will also include some gentle yoga practice. *Please note the registration deadline is one week prior to each session.
