We have all heard about the importance of physical movement to keep our bodies healthy...but it's just as important to keep our brains healthy! Come out and join us for this fun and interactive wellness program designed specifically for seniors. Each week will include presentations, brain games to stimulate and improve memory and focus, light stretching and warm up exercises along with lots of discussion, coffee and refreshments. Please bring a pen or pencil.
