Fall 2017 Walk & Tone

Turn your walking exercise up a notch and come out and try our fun walking circuit workout with fitness stations set up in each corner of the gym. Easy to follow and great for getting you going on your fitness goals! Please wear comfortable clothing and clean indoor walking shoes. Coffee will be on for you to enjoy after your workout! *Please note this is a self guided program and participants will progress at their own rate. A certified fitness instructor will be on site to guide you if you have any questions. There will be no program Oct. 9th.
