Heart Healthy Workout Class - Level 2
Start your day off on the right foot with a heart-healthy workout that's guaranteed to get your blood pumping! This class features easy-to-follow, low-impact movements with functional whole-body exercises using Therabands and dumbbells. The session concludes with balancing and stretching exercises.
