This program is open to anyone 13 and up, no matter your fitness level or experience.
You'll build confidence, improve cardio, and master essential kickboxing techniques through dynamic workouts.
Bring a friend or come solo—everyone is welcome, and partner drills make it even more fun!
By the end, you'll have a solid foundation in kickboxing and a great workout routine.
Participants can borrow disinfected focus pads each class, but can use their own if they wish.
