Relaxation Practice: Asana, Meditation & Breath Work
Join us for a program designed to help you unwind, release tension, and cultivate relaxation skills through asana (yoga postures), meditation, and conscious breath work.
Program Details:
- Physical, Mental, and Emotional Relaxation: Techniques to alleviate tension in all aspects.
- Skill Development: Learn effective self-soothing methods.
- Components:
- Asana: Gentle yoga postures to relax the body.
- Meditation: Techniques to calm the mind and promote inner peace.
- Breath Work: Conscious breathing exercises for relaxation and clarity.

- No Class Dates: Monday, October 14th and November 11th.
