Strength & Stability Circuit
You'll move through a series of low-impact exercises using resistance bands, light weights, and bodyweight movements, all at your own pace.
Whether you're looking to enhance balance, increase muscle strength, or improve overall well-being, this class will help you feel stronger, steadier, and more energized in daily life. All fitness levels welcome—modifications provided!
