Here we offer a combination designed for beginners and beyond, that balance the revitalizing effects of Hatha yoga with the deep and connective tissue work of Yin yoga. Enjoy this class with added benefits of balance practices and stress relief while promoting overall well-being.
Program Details:

Hatha Yoga:
- Postures and Breathing: Classical yoga postures and breathing techniques.
- Benefits: Increases muscle tone, improves flexibility and concentration, detoxifies vital organs, and promotes deep relaxation.

Yin Yoga:
- Connective Tissue Focus: Targets joints, ligaments, and fascia.
- Posture Duration: Each posture is held for long periods to encourage slow and safe opening of connective tissues.
- Benefits: Reduces stress and serves as a great counterbalance to active lifestyles.
