Candace loves teaching fitness classes for overall well-being. She leads her classes with love, motivation and engages with others. Her classes are full of energy and laughter. She believes that having fun is as important as the workout in classes.

A MFC Certified Group Fitness and Yoga Instructor, Candace has over 22 years of experience. leading fitness classes and programs on land, in the pool, over zoom, in the lake, on trails and in the mountains. She has also hosted several Weekend Wellness Retreats in Falcon Lake. In 2022, Candace became a ICSOS Certified Wilderness Safety and Survival Levels 1, 2 and 3 and Land Navigation Training Level 1. She leads groups on hikes, lakes and trails around Manitoba and hosts classes on Wilderness Safety and Survival.
