Modified Regulation Soccer13 - 16 yrs. Soccer Registration Registration is held at local community centres in early March. Watch for community newsletters and flyers for more information. Registration forms for Starbuck will be distributed through the school. To ensure that all children are allowed to play , that teams are comprised of manageable numbers and that schedules are developed with accurate information, conveners request that all players register on time. Late registrations create additional and unnecessary work for the volunteer conveners. A $20 late fee will be charged per player. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
