Join Coach Hank for an exciting Basketball Skills program designed for children in grades 3 to 5!
Program Details:
- Skills Development: Learn basketball rules, shooting, dribbling, passing, and teamwork skills.
- Inclusive: All skill levels are welcome.
- Attire: Wear loose-fitting attire suitable for physical activity.
- Footwear: Non-marking shoes required; participants should bring indoor shoes different from their outdoor shoes.
- Hydration: Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Women's Pick-up Basketball

Looking for a fun way to stay active and connect with other like-minded women? Come shoot some hoops in our non-competitive basketball sessions!
Program Details:
- Non-Competitive Environment: Perfect for all skill levels.
- Flexible Participation: Pick-up games will depend on the number of participants.
- Equipment: Balls are provided, but you can bring your own if you prefer.
- Free Program: Registration with Macdonald-Headingley Recreation District is required.
